Vegan jerky is one of the few plant-based foods that's always missed the mark for me. Especially when it comes to texture and flavor. However, after ordering Noble Jerky, I can finally say there's a vegan jerky I don't have beef with.

What does Noble Jerky taste like?
Jerky is a chewy, meaty, and flavorous snack that's been difficult for plant-based alternatives to truly replicate.
But Noble Jerky has really nailed it.
Noble's vegan jerky tastes like real jerky. In fact, it was too meat-like for my partner, who hates anything that tastes like real meat.
The color and texture also resemble beef jerky, so it's really difficult to tell the difference.
They are also packed with 7 grams of protein per serving making them a great protein source.
What is the jerky made from?
Noble Jerky is made from soy protein, which is how they create that realistic texture to the jerky. The jerky also includes a variety of spices to give it that jerky taste.
The jerky is also non-GMO certified.

Is Noble Jerky worth it?
In my opinion, there are three types of people vegan jerky is ideal for.

- Those seeking a healthier jerky alternative.
- And those who want to convince their friends or family that vegan jerky is actually good.
Overall, this vegan jerky is almost exactly like beef jerky - just without the cruelty.
