Vegan Van is a lovely Denver food truck now with a permanent location as well. They are 100% vegan and focus on veganizing fast food favorites. Their cheesy gordita crunches and crunch wraps are fantastic. The must-visit food truck serves up delicious seitan and is overall a really fun place to eat with friends. Highly recommend Taco Tuesdays.

The best sushi I've had in my life and it's 100% vegan. Wellness Sushi has such a wide variety of beautiful delicious vegan sushi it's a true journey for the taste buds. Every sushi roll I've had has been spectacular. Highly recommend Wellness Sushi as a top choice to impress someone who isn't vegan...yet.
